Return And Exchanges

At Glacier Clothing, we stand behind the quality, comfort, and artistic craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If you re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Customers can request a return or exchange directly through the "Orders" section of their account on our website. Simply log in, select the order you wish to return, and choose the “Return Item” or “Request Exchange” option. You can then follow the guided steps to complete your request.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with tags attached. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges for size or color are also available if the item is in stock — we'll ship your new item at no extra cost once we receive the original.

Please note: custom, personalized, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
